Victoria Alexitch is a highly respected financial executive and fiduciary professional known for delivering exceptional, concierge-level financial care. As the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Paper Tigress Personal Finance Care and Lotus Legacy Care, she brings a rare blend of precision, discretion, and genuine compassion to every client relationship.
Victoria’s career began in public accounting and insurance, giving her a strong foundation in complex financial structures and client-focused problem solving. She went on to spend nearly twenty years at a boutique wealth management firm in Wilmington, Delaware, rising to Partner and Owner while serving as Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Her leadership shaped a culture of integrity, operational excellence, and a deep personal client experience.
She later served as Chief Executive Officer of a multi-state property management company, guiding it through significant growth and a successful acquisition. Her ability to elevate organizations across industries reflects her strategic insight and steady, human-centered leadership.
Today, Victoria leads Paper Tigress and Lotus Legacy Care with the same dedication that has defined her entire career. Clients trust her not only for her expertise, but for her presence, her availability, and her belief that financial care should bring clarity, dignity, and peace of mind. She approaches every individual and business with the same commitment she brings to her own family.
Victoria holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. She divides her time between her homes in Landenberg, Pennsylvania and Lewes, Delaware, where she enjoys life with her husband, her four children, two grandsons, and her beloved Dobermann, Demidov.
